Their Futures Matter is both a whole-of-government reform and a cross-agency implementation unit. The Unit is responsible for the NSW Government’s landmark reform to deliver improved outcomes for vulnerable children and families.
We represent a whole-of-government reform approach, bringing together people from across the NSW Government.
The Unit is supported by the Implementation Board, a multi-agency governance body, comprising leaders from across NSW Government departments of Education, Family and Community Services, Health, Justice, Premier and Cabinet, and Treasury.
We’re driven by talented people who are passionate about placing children and young people at the centre of everything we do.
Our team is a blend of expertise in policy, project management, economics, data analysis, research and evaluation, business administration, change management, and communications.
Together, our team will effect lasting change that improves the lives of thousands of children now and into the future. It’s important work that will make a big impact.
Our vision is to create a coordinated service system that delivers evidence-based, wraparound supports for children and families to transform their life outcomes.
